What is your shipping policy?
All pieces will be shipped within 5 business days of purchase, and will generally arrive within 4-7 business days for basic shipping. All orders over $150 will automatically qualify for free domestic shipping.
If you live in the Los Angeles area and would like to pick up in West LA, select "free local pickup" at checkout. I can contact you to arrange a pickup time.​
What is your return policy?
All items are final sale; no returns are available. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately at ahkpottery@gmail.com with photos of the damaged item, as well as photos of the inner and outer packaging of the item. Once I receive this information, you will receive store credit for the value of the damaged item or a replacement of the same item that was purchased.​
How are your pieces made?
Each piece is 100% handmade by me! I use only porcelain in my work. Some say that it is the hardest clay body to work with, but I personally love how glazes pop against the bright white clay body. Carved porcelain in particular often has a translucency that cannot be duplicated with other clay bodies.

All of my pieces start as a lump of porcelain on the pottery wheel. After each piece has been thrown and trimmed, I then either hand carve or hand tape designs before glazing.
Please note that, because each piece is handcrafted, some variations are to be expected. Whether you are purchasing a piece that is ready to ship or placing a custom order, the piece you receive will have slight variations. These variations make each piece truly unique and are, in my opinion, to be celebrated and loved!
What are your candles made of?
All of the candles use porcelain vessels made by me, in which I hand-pour soy wax. The wax is scented with fragrance oils to evoke memories of some of my favorite places: the coast, a tropical island, a botanical garden, and the spa. Each candle uses flat-braided cotton wicks for even burning and strong scent throws.

All of the candles are phthelate-free.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes! I am always open to inquiries about custom pieces, out of stock items, collaborations, etc. I can’t promise that I will always have the bandwidth to say yes, but I would love to chat so send me a note at ahkpottery@gmail.com, or DM me on Insta!
